Premium Service

The Premium Service Agreement provides the most comprehensive quality service in the industry:

  • Priority on-site response time

  • 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday Customer Service Access

Preventive Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is the essence to minimizing equipment down time and preventing interruption to medical imaging practice and patients’ schedules. OEM industry standards are adhered too and customers are provided with a service schedule ensuring visibility of our field engineer visits.

 

Parts Replacement

Labor and Materials service agreements are tailored to accommodate the customers’ needs. Our global service force provides rapid response and quality performance. Components are typically 25% to 40% less than OEM list price, providing cost savings.

 

Equipment Installation De-Installation and Relocation

Whether the customer requires equipment installation, de-installation or relocation anywhere in the region, HTSI is fully equipped and committed to getting the job done.

 

Magnet Maintenance

This service option is offered separate from regular service contract agreements. Servicing of cold heads, compressors, lines, helium fills and proactive monitoring to avoid damage to the system performance.
